Step 1: Open the User Profile
Tap the user’s @username in the feed or search for them to open their profile.
If you don’t follow them, tap Follow to change it to a Message button.
If you already follow them, you’ll see the Message button.
Step 2: Set Up Your Encryption PIN
Click Message to open the chat window, then create a 6-digit encryption PIN to start a secure, end-to-end encrypted (E2EE) conversation before sending your first message.
Step 3: Access Chat and Send a Message
Click Continue to open your secure chat. Type your message in the box at the bottom, then click Send.
