Welcome to Muze! These Community Rules and Policies (“Rules”) explain what is and isn’t allowed on Muze. They apply to all content you create or share on our Services (including posts, replies, direct messages, videos, images, live streams, and other features) and to all interactions with other users.
Our goal is to provide a vibrant, creative, and safe space where people can express themselves freely while respecting others. These Rules are designed to protect users, support authentic expression, and keep conversations on Muze healthy and trustworthy.
These Rules are part of our Terms of Service and are enforceable under them. Violations may result in actions such as content removal, reduced visibility (for example, limited distribution or labels), temporary feature limits, account suspension, or permanent termination. For serious violations, we may contact law enforcement when required or appropriate.
We review and update these Rules regularly based on user feedback, new risks, and legal changes. We’ll let you know about major updates through the app, email, or our Help Center.
1. How We Enforce These Rules
a. We use automated systems, user reports, and human review teams to detect and assess possible violations.
b. When reviewing content, we consider intent, context, newsworthiness, artistic value, and cultural differences.
c. First-time or minor violations may result in a warning. Repeated or serious violations may lead to stronger actions.
d. We publish regular transparency reports about our enforcement actions.
e. If we take action on your content or account, you can appeal via the in-app notification or at
https://muze.help.center/contact We review appeals in good faith and restore content or accounts when appropriate.
2. Reporting Violations
If you see something that breaks these Rules, report it directly in the app (tap the ••• menu on any post). We review all reports and protect reporters from retaliation.
